I need a new Blue & me unit for my 2016 500C and had intended to get a brand new one via the dealer. Cost is obviously high but I was looking for the simplest option. I now gather new units are not available via FIAT and the better option is to get the old one repaired. I probably should have gone down this route in the first place and I know there are some good refurbishers out there. Before deciding, I was just looking to see if anyone has heard similar - are new units just not available any longer?
