Blue and me Power but don't work ??

Hi all,
Hello i've just brought a 07 plate punto 1.9 mjet love it but confused as the bluetooth and blue and me doesn't work I have tried putting in a usb and it lights up but when i press the aux button on the cd unit it says no source available, so tried the other usb port and that lights up but still nothing ?
any idea's?

I don't have an Aux button on my unit.
When I have taken the USB out of the car to update it and put it back in, I hit the cd button and it displays "No Source Available"

I then hit the menu button (bottom left button on right side of steering wheel) and scroll to media player, select a song and play!

Ensure all the files on the USB are MP3 format and that the USB is formatted to fat32.

You can do this by plugging the USB stick into your computer, navigate to my computer, right click on the memory stick and click "Format" from the drop down list select fat32 or just click default button. Click okay!
