Hey there, I have a 2012 Fiat 500 Pop but this should work for most models with the "Blue and me" system if you run into this issue.
I bought my Fiat used and when I set up everything for me everything was going well until I set up (paired) my phone, it would call a number or even call a person in my phone book but it would ask me every time that I started the car if I wanted to add the phonebook from my phone. I finally got sick of that and I had asked several dealerships which could not tell me the answer so I just started playing and found that there is an option in the settings menu for wiping out all data stored in the cars blue tooth. I then went back and paired my phone with "blue and me" and everything works great now.
Also, when you use the hands free in the Fiat you may be frustrated at first, just remember that if you tell the system to "call", or "dial" you have to wait for the response from the car like, do you wish to dial, or do you want to call, and then wait for the beep for your response, this will save you from yelling at your car and having people in the next lane looking at you.
