Blown Fuse

I have a P reg fiat Brava 1.4SX. The engine turns but does not start. checked the fuses and the 30A, marked EFI 30A had blown. Fitted new fuse and this blew immediately. I understand EFI stands for Electronic Fuel Injection. Has anyone any ideas what the problem may be?

A diagnostic check will tell for sure, but if the fuse (cant remember correct) is on a relay, than it could be the relay causing it to blow.

Also check the wires that are under the injector air intake plastic cap, they tend to brake in some cases.
