i have absolutely no sympathy for people who dont wear helmets or even look before entering/exiting a road. if that was my vectra i'd be stamping on his head.

Think its a Camera mounted in a police patrol motor. I blame the Bike man, clearly see him drift accross the road and not paying attention.

No look over Shoulder.
No Blindspot check.
No Mirror Check.

But he sure got checked!

EDIT: notice how the speed reading on the camera still regiters 50km even after the Vectra has stopped
