I have a bleeping from around the rear speaker panel area drivers side. It sounds every 4 seconds when the ignition is switched on and when the car is running. It is not from the towbar wiring bypass which is on the other side of the car. There are no lights on the dash and no error codes.

Anyone any ideas?

Bleeping driving me up the wall so I spoke to the servicing section at the Fiat Main Dealers. Thinking it could have been an aftermarket/towbar relay fitted at some stage. I asked if Fiat fitted any sort of audible warning in the rearmost offside panel near to the speaker. "Not unless there are reverse sensors fitted" was the reply. Not on this car, no holes in the bumpers and no extra wiring, so I stripped out the side panel to reveal an AA/Doblo warning device!!!
Next check is the reversing switch????

Is it a Family model?
If it is there's an audible warning buzzer that sounds when the middle row seats are folded forward and the 3rd row seat is insitu.
When that warning is triggered the sound seems to come from the rear speaker area. Just a thought.

Thanks, yes it's a Family M Jet and I did have the seats folded, so i'll look at that as well.
I've disconnected the sounder for now, but according to the main dealer they don't have one! Only for reversing sensors.

Interesting that they have dropped that warning device on the new model Doblo. Mine certainly doesn't have it.
