Blaupunkt Radio/CD right button not working, problems reseting

Have just got a used(new to us) Fiat Grande Punto Dynamic Sport 1.4 8v 2008
lovely car just got some issues with the audio system.

Tryed to change some setting on the audio (bass & balance etc) realised the right arrow button wont work, now the settings are stuck or you can only move left.
Want to restore factory settings in order to put the bass back to 0 and the balance back to 0 as it is currently set to +9 which means all the audio comes out of one speakers which ironically is the left one, I know you do this by finding the 'restore' option in the menu which I have, but to select 'yes' you need the right button which isnt working.

Have disconnected battery but this has not reset radio/cd the balance or the bass but has done the time etc on the main dash.
Have taken CD/radio out of car and left our overnight, still not rest itself, does it have some sort of internal battery?.

Are there any sneaky things you can do to make it reset without being able to select it from the menu.

Are there any holes on the front that look like a factory reset button. That is all i can think of.

Thanks had cover off no reset. Cant believe there is no reset if you cant get the menu on, I will keep trying

Did you manage to figure out a solution for your problem as I'm facing the same issue with my Grande Punto. Please revert as I need your help on this.
