Blaupunkt boot cd - lead?

PUNTO MK2 SPORTING 2000 V
BLAUPUNKT CASS TUNER HEAD
BLAUPUNKT BOOT 10CD ("CDC-A08")

Anyone got / know where to get connector lead for above??? (9 pin DIN @ changer-end, square plug std. @ head-end)

Local Fiat dealers stumped, bless 'em ("only comes with stereo mate, can't get hold of seperate, dunno what one to order on it's own" blah blah...)

(YES I KNOW I SHOULD BIN IT ANYWAY...)
