Black Gloss

I'm currently in the middle of spraying my spoiler black but cannot seem to get a final glossy shine to it.

The can doesn't mention lacquer being required so I'm assuming thats not needed?

Any tips to get a shine?

It actually looks quite good with a satin finish but I'm just curious if I'm spraying wrong. I'm using Halfords spray cans with light coats.

Once i've done the very last coat of black, I rub it down with 1500 grit wet & dry..

Then, heavily rub a decent car polish into it.

Should bring it up a treat.

Worked for me many a time on various things.
