Big dent

hi. Recently some fool ran into me at work and i came out to find a giant dent in my rear left side of the car and the part of my passenger door has creased. I am thinking of getting a new pannel for the back as it is a 3 door mk1. Is it possible to just change the back pannel on a mk r reg?
Will supply pics if need be

could do with a pic, if the rear qauter is dammaged its not going to be easy to repair, to replace the pannel would be very expensive, as a matter of fact it would right off the vehicle, get me a pic and ill have a look at it for you
