Ok, so that would seem a lame excuse on Fiat's part since there's (apparently) no difference in the mechanics (semi-auto vs manual) except for a slave clutch system instead of a pedal.
I do remember though seeing pics of the lump when I was buying my Fiorino and they were two different engines. Wouldn't 20PS be just something they could increase in the EMS?
