Right, Basicly,

my seicento has had a slight ding, well, a couple, its got a few dents which need filling, sanding an spraying, basicly it looks like im gonna have to respray the whole of the passenger side,

obviously 'new' paint will be slightly brighter than the origional, ive heard of sanding the paint down with very fine wet n dry then polishing it up to bring the colour/shine back.

any gen on this?

Cheers

It will be tricky to get a perfect match doing it yourself with rattle cans. If they are only small dings get a paintless dent removal man (Dent Devils etc) to have a look. Might cost a little bit more but it will be alot less bother and you will end up with a much better result.

usually £40 a panel but a lot of paint shops will custom mix in a can, if its yellow not easy to match and ,body shops as a rule dont blend a solid colour
