Out of experience, what do you consider the best DPF cleaning fluid to remove soot from the DPF on the vehicle?

Thank yuo

I have already said what I use to you on another post, assuming you are still on the 1560cc Citroen/Peugeot engine, Commercial bleach, after oven cleaner and high pressure steam cleaner, soaking over two days, after which flow was 100% better , then I told ECU new DPF had been fitted, but that is with DPF on the floor, not fitted. It ran for another four years from that with 220k miles on the clock.:)

So the wynns stuff aint any good?
If you mean the foam stuff you put down a sensor hole etc. then I have never had any success with that.
Once a vehicle is running OK doing it's REGENs etc. then if you only do short journeys I advise using a DPF additive with every other tank of fuel plus a good run once a month to keep it that way.
It seems to be the only answer to modern emission regulation equipment.:(

No its not foam but liquid, this has all been caused by the motor going in tank, this has all been taking care of and doing actuator test can hear motor pulsing. I suppose i need take it off, but was going to try oven pride 1.5 litres and leave for a day, is it possible as it stands to see what the pressure it is in the DPF?

A good diagnostic tool should give that detail on pressure before and after the DPF , the one I used on the Citroen with that engine also gave the "cinder count" as to how full or nearly blocked the DPF was.
If not a pain to remove the DPF , you will get a much better result following what I did.
If your DPF looks like this photo below which some 1.6 Scudos do look like, then it is simple a case of undoing the pressure sensor pipes, the clamping band at top and a few mounting brackets to get it of to clean.
Note the internals are fragile so do not poke them to clear , just use the chemicals and high pressure steam cleaning worked for me and lasted another 4 years!
What ever you do do not listen to idiots telling you to simple drive a screwdriver through it to relieve the pressure!
The reason being the ECU measures the back pressure before and after the DPF and compares with it's stored data.
After cleaning I could see from running a water hose through how much the flow had improved, but do not forget you will need a good diagnostic tool to tell the ECU that a "new" DPF had been fitted and delete any error codes left.:)

Ok, one last thing which baffles me, when revving the van, rear exhaust blows very strong like a garden blower, why is that? I have done on van dpf clean twice with this van, do you think it could just be a dpf reset and clear history?

Without looking at the before and after pressure sensor readings a job to tell, but it may be worth trying if you have access to the good diagnostic tool and follow all the instructions.:)

Yes got snapon ethos what would i be looking at in data? just pressure sensor readings? when you say before and after what do you mean? idle then running?

There is a pressure sensor before the DPF and one after so the ECU can compare figures to determine the amount of blockage etc.
This should probably show up in "live data" at idle and when revved, but a readout of error codes should tell you if that is an issue.
This should all be able to be done parked in the yard.
In the settings you should find details to allow you to confirm replacement of the DPF and it will give instructions on the procedure including the deleting of error codes etc.

Just looked online and your version may not be able to do all the functions that the more expensive garage versions do.
You may be able to select a "Live Data" function to show DPF pressure sensor readings, but I am not sure.
Can the supplier of your tool advise on it's capabilities?

He said pump replaced in tank needed programming? I didn’t think that was necessary
I mentioned that in another post on your issues some time back when you first mentioned the Eloys fluid pump, that after topping up the fluid or changing the pump they need to be activated using the diagnostic tool to prime/bleed air from system
