Where does the battery cable route from the battery to the starter motor?

Hi Phil
*sigh* are you sure you really wanna know?
From the battery is passes through the bulkhead into the cabin.
Then it's routed down into the tunnel with the heater pipes and gear link bar, it's clipped to side of the tunnel with little bent over metal strips along with the radio antenna cable
It then comes back up a little and exits the rear bulkhead/firewall into the engine bay
If you wanna remove and replace it, be prepared from some scraped hands from reaching into the tunnel
You'll have to remove the center console, the gear stick and the handbrake lever if I recall correctly, you should be able to get it out with those out
Start from the starter end and work forward otherwise you'll end up pulling the battery terminal and brown wire all the way back

sounds like cabling up a vespa. I'll try some techniques i've learned from that.
