If not, I recently had luck when expanding my search terms including what was stamped on the actual clock. The manufacturer seems to be Borg (I also had/used the part numbers 33957401 and/or 181528380 (prev 719305614 & 181528370). These clocks were supposedly used in several Fiat models, and in Citroen Jumper, I 1994.02 - 2006.06 plus Peugeot Boxer 1994.03 - 2002.04. Mine was pulled from a dusty Fiat Ducato -94 in Latvia. I paid €12 and about as much in transport (including warranty). So far it works fine.
