Banging noise coming from front of car

ive noticed a banging noise coming from the front of the car ( Fiat Bravo 1.8 HLX ) noticed when going over bumps and driving on rough roads, I have
changed both Wishbones, Anti roll bar drop links, track rod ends, changed discs and pads on both sides but still there is no change,and it also creeks when turning but only really when moving slowly or being stationary, i have run out of ideas
now and the noises are driving me insane,dont want to take it to a garage to fix it and then tell me its something else and charge me a fortune, please help guys any suggestions would be much appreciated

is there any way i can check if its defiantly the shocks

Yep push down on them,if they push down easyily they are knacked and get a torch and look for sings of leaks.

Got the same on my car. Replaced Wishbones, drop links and shocks, but it still does it. Even got brand new springs on there. I'm out of ideas, it's cost too much, I think I'll just turn the radio up like the garage said. lol.

i'd have said wishbones or droplink bushes, but since those have been done, looks like shocks...

Last knocking noise i came across sounded like a broken spring. Turned out to be a loose caliper mount. bit scary that...

could a pedestrian have got lodged under the front?

Caliper mount loose? That could be the problem I am having. Feels like suspension and can feel and hear a shudder/knocking through pedal, but suspension is ok.

Was it simply a case of tightening the bolts on the mounts?

Checked everything everyone suggested but no difference so took it to a garage and they said it was steering rack so they replaced and is perfect now fixed all funny noises at the front and steering is now excellent but only down side is that it cost me £360 but cheers for all your help anyways
