Backseat window help

the side window at the back behind the passenger seat wont open, i think my brava has been in an accident previously because the window seems awkward to open, iv took the panel off and had a look and it seems to be the wire that doesnt run right, am i right or totally of course, if so how will i get it sorted, for parts an tha.
