my car was coming along fine until the bodyshop moved onto the back bumper, they told me my original idea couldnt be done with the bits i got, so back to sqaure one :(

what we are thinking about now is something along the lines of this dodgy mock up of my car

so opinions please people, black is the mesh :)

the original was gonna be all smoothed out with splitter at bottom going all the way across and meshed in between

where would you put your numberplate on that design gaz??

my personal opinion is it could look too much like a jap style front bumper with a large "mouth". i'd sooner have a more filled rear bumper with the detailing done with mesh, rather than large pieces of it.

it could look totally different to how im imagining it when its done tho

the number plate will be a decision made on the day

they cut the hole before they checked whether the splitter would be ok, so im sort of stuck with the hole idea now

my original idea was that the bumper was gonna be smoothed out completely and just a splitter at the bottom, similier to a combat2 rear bumper

ive just looked at Nicholas Lane's bumper on clubcento, that doesnt look too bad - is it something like that you are after now??

ah i forgot about that bumper, well it will end up something like that, but without the splitter at the bottom

The bodyshop can't be that good if they can't do what you want.

Good at custom stuff I mean.

Liam

they are a competent body shop, but when the parts i got for them fold in half, thats when they cant do anything about it

WR cheers :D, the style of the front is also similer to the back, would that be wierd

another few more ideas i knocked up, i wish i was good with photoshop :(

opionions please and if anyone is good with photoshop, you fancy doing something better than i have done :D
