I want to wire in a cigarette lighter into the boot of my Weekend so that I can plug in an electric coolbox.

Anyone know the best place to get a feed from?

The front cigar lighter feed comes from a 30A fuse and should be OK to use if you put in an 'inline' fuse for the coolbox.

If you don't have climate control there should also be a spare 30A fuse, (or space to put one).

I've got climate control.
So what you're saying is that I'm best to run a feed from the cigar lighter connection in the fuse box in the front.

Right, I've got hold of some 30A wire. I've also bought a little device which will stop my battery getting flattened.

Nifty device

Not done it on a Marea before, but easiest route is normally along the sides behind the inner door sills.

Check out the ICE section, someone is likely to have posted there about an install.
