Auxillary Fuse Box

Hi Guys I am new to this forum (Thanks for having me he he) I have just started the project on my mk1 punto and I can't find the F***ing auxillary fuse box Haynes says that it is in the glove box behind a drop down cover but it's not. I wanted to fit front fogs the cable and connector is behind the front bumper on both sides but not behind the centre console so I needed to check that the fuses were there any Idea's would be appreciated.
