AUX Lead help with 08 Grande

Hey, got a 08 Fiat punto Grande sport and i have baught an aux cable and installed it intothe radio, now on Youtube video's they press CD and "AUX" pops up onto the screen, now when i press CD it says no source available, and i don't know how to change it over so i can get it say "AUX"
Any help would be greatful

I'm fairly certain mine is the bottom spec radio, and to get 'aux' you press the 'aux' button,

If there is no CD then it will say no source and default to the radio, you might need to post up the video you've been watching because it sounds like what you're describing applies to the much older mk2 puntos

EDIT: just had a look at mine and you do press CD to get Aux, maybe your radio doesn't have the ability to have an aux input ?

The standard headunit doesn't have aux in by default?
The aux is used for the usb port if you have it in your glove box as far as I am aware?
