Technical Aux input now not working !

Got my Fiat Punto easy about 4 weeks ago now, I always played music via AUX lead and my iPhone however today it has just stopped working. It is still appearing on the AUX setting just no music playing through the car. I bought a new cable thinking it could be that but no luck. Stuck on what to do as I don’t no how to play music via Blue and Me ! Any help please guys ?

When you say aux, is this a cable you added yourself or by the little blue and me USB port beside the cup holder?

I do t know what phone you have but blue and me2 on the evo and 2012 punto just needs a usb cable plugging in for an iPhone, can’t comment on other phones

I have a similar problem. installed the cable with the yellow end but it is not working. any advise would be grateful

It maybe something as silly as some dust dirt or water getting in the port.
