Hi guys,

I'm new to this so apologies if this is in the wrong section. I bought a Fiat 500 Colour Therapy about 6 years ago and have always had problems with the radio that seem to still go unresolved so I thought it was time I just bought an Aux to try and install.

After reading through several threads regarding this, I can see that other people have had problems with this due to Fiat changing the brand of speakers. My car didn't come with Blue & Me and I've checked more times than I can count and it definitely doesn't have a USB port either.

I managed to install the aux fine and whilst flicking through the menu settings the other day, it came up with radio/aux/CD etc but once I'd installed this, I did a radio reset through the menu options and now can't seem to get it back up. I've pressed CD several times but it still keeps saying no source.

I've spoken to Fiat customer services who were less than helpful so can someone pleeeeeease help me. Is there a way of getting the aux back from the radio reset or a way to re-code the radio to allow it??

I've attached a picture of the information on my radio, not sure how helpful this will be.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Fran :)

Ditch the radio & get a good aftermarket one! I had this exact issue in my 500 pop it had aux apparently but it never worked! Total joke!! If you get one that supports Bluetooth even better you could install a mic & your hands free!

Hi I have a 64 plate colour therapy, not sure what radio is in it yet, but can you tell me what is an aftermarket radio, and where I can get one from ? Many thanks

Hi and welcome, aftermarket radio is one say from Halfords or a proper car radio specialist made by Alpine, JVC SONY Kenwood etc, cost ranges from about £60-a lot for about 80-100 for one that has everything you'll need, you'll need a new fascia about £10 from EBay and you may need an adapter cable
