On my laptop I have a copy of a Citroen training manual for that box. In response to your question, I have located diagrams showing drain plug, and dipstick, but the filler plug does not seem to be shown, although it is mentioned.. Perhaps you are meant to use the breather which is close to the oil cooler, on top of the box, but how accessible is the breather. Another possibility may be via the oil cooler.

The complete file is over 3MB, so rather large to attach to a post, but if you are interested and supply your email via PM, then I could send the manual via email.

Thanks, can you see the dipstick location for the gearbox?

Many older automatics used to be filled via the dipstick hole as it was made big enough for the job, is it possible that this is the case?
It did involve waiting for oil to settle and much cleaning of the dip stick I recall.
Also back then Mk2 Jaguars had a certain procedure for checking oil level that I recall as an apprentice some involved the vehicle being in gear with handbrake on firmly and engine idling to allow for the filling the torque convertor, so potentially dangerous. Hopefully the manual gives a safer version of testing on these later auto boxes.;)

Yes, I found three diagrams showing the dipstick, and one showing the drain plug, which is probably obvious. Attached diagram is probably best overall, but there are better diagrams for dipstick location, and a mention of filling through filler plug via funnel with fine mesh strainer,

I see on the pdf the dipstick is quite low down, so unlike the older automatics that had a long dipstick tube easily accessible from the engine compartment.

@Kai63 , attached are two more diagrams extracted from the hp20 manual. One as previously stated, mentions refiling through the filling plug, but does not show the plug, It does specify oil quantities. On the other diagram, I have marked a possible location, but investigate with care.
