I currently have a Dualogic Fiat 500 with then dreaded centre screen failing. I've bought a 2015 pre-facelift TFT display to put into it, but having searched on eBay there are no specifically automatic speedos around. In theory, the TFT could be told what to display once a proxy alignment is done, but does anyone know whether that is the case and whether a standard speedo would even display the gearing etc on the display.

Wow, can't believe nobody answered you. I'm not going to answer either, as I don't know, But would initially agree with you about the TFT being able to display any dash, but it would need to have the software installed and then the inputs change the values. So it may be a particular serial numer that has the correct software installed.

I thought someone would know. Was going to try today but didn't get around to it, but will definitely give it a go next week and will report back.

Have you sorted this yet?

Only I changed my engine type in the byte settings using MES whilst exploring the weekend, and a large ABS warning came up on the dash advising me it wasn't available, which is true (its not fitted) but I didn't know the speedo could show it. So there's hope for you yet.
Probably be trying it tomorrow. Didn't get a chance last week.
