well on friday and sat in york last weekend em look fookin amazing so there is no way she has let go n she would kick my ass in a runnig race after seeing her time in race for life lol deffo FIT!!!

Dunno about the rest of you, but as I've got older my taste in women has aged twice as fast, mind you, my ex wife was what we call a millie (ie a tracksuited teenage tart) when I met her so I suppose I'm being drawn to the opposite end of the female spectrum! I was staying in a youth hostel a few nights ago and there was a lovely Polish lady of I'd say mid to late 40's, but quite fit looking, just a bit of grey creeping into her hair, she was flipping gorgeous!

I suppose good examples would be Geraldine James, Alex Kingston, Pamela Ballentine (for the NI blokes) and Lorraine Kelly

All I can tell u is I'm FIT (physically fit I mean before anyone thinks I have a head the size of Big Ben (which is a bell not a tower for those who don't know!))
