Attaching custom door panels

Hi guys hoping someone here can help, been racking my brain for hours.

So I have an 04 punto and the stock door trim all screws on now I want to make fiberglass panels. Is there any way I can attach the panels without drilling holes in them and screwing them in?

If not whats the best way to screw my fiberglass panels in without it looking shoddy?

Panels are held on with a lot of push fittings, you can incorporate these into your panel.

You still need door handles and something to pull the door closed with so these will need to be screwed or bolted to the metal of the door as the fibre glass risks breaking over time.
And if you are mounting anything heavy like speakers you will need to make sure they are well supported so again consider attaching these areas to the metal work
