Went to Arnold Clark Paisley today in an attempt to change wifes Grande Punto for a new Evo, taking advantage of the much publicised Fiat PCP Finance Deal. Not a great experience, nobody at the dealer seemed to know anything about the deal, rather red faced podgy sales man with lots of "product" in his hair actually said to me after I talked him through the process on the Fiat website, "this is the first time I have seen this". I had already had a quote from another dealer, but rather a long way away, so I had gone to AC to see if I could get a similar deal, and save on the travelling. Anyway eventually I was told sorry this deal is wrong and I the other dealer has made a mistake so I suggest you go take tah deal while you can. Unbelievable!!!
So off to another non AC Dealer and after around 15 mins agreed a deal, what a diference.
Suggest anybody wishing a good buying experience steers well clear of Arnold Clark and his very dodgy salesmen. The opinions expressed in this post are
