Yes I like the video they send too. My Ibiza was seen through it's warranty period by one of their Edinburgh branches. The car developed a turbo fault during it's 2nd year of life and they replaced it under warranty without any argument at all - as you would expect.
One thing I especially liked about that video, apart from being able to observe lots of little details about the car you wouldn't normally see is that it lets you see that they have positioned the ramp supports correctly - i.e. not caused damage to the sills!
