Tuning Apex 30mm springs

Hi all,
Lots of people seem to have fitted these to their Cinq's And Sei's but I'm a bit confused.
A 30mm drop on a sporting would equate to a 10mm drop, because of the 20mm difference?
Or are the Apex springs actually 50mm springs to cover sporting and non-sporting?

30mm sporting springs would give you a 30mm drop on a sporting, 30mm sporting springs on an sx would give you 55mm drop in theory anyway

It seems there are Apex spring kits for both the sporting and non-sporting and BOTH lower by 30mm! Thats why I was confused lol

if you buy the cheaper SX springs for your sporting you will only get a 5mm drop lol, make sure you order the right ones.

I've just got some of a firm in Germany called dirrenza these are 80mm none sporting so should drop mine 60mm
