Technical anyone on here changed their ducato Q18 hubs / bearings etc. to the later style cassette bearings/hubs? what parts are needed?

Hi,
has anyone on changed their fiat ducato 2.5/2.8 Q18 hubs / two part bearings with spacers, to the later style single sealed cassette bearings and hubs?
exactly what parts are needed please? (obviously the 2001-2006 complete hubs/bearings........what else?)
