and if you consider the wear that winters save you in the winter when summers wear the most, you could end up saving money or having it cost you not much extra
 
Don't forget to inform your insurance company, especially if you put different diameter wheels, or replacement wheels of any sort, on. Some, not all, companies can up the premium.

And if you don't inform them and you crash they might use that as an excuse to void your cover.
 
I did know that about insurance company but I might have forgotten, so thanks for the reminder. It's Directline, anyway. The dealership were emphatic that they wouldn't affect Dealership warranty it's still under (surprising?). But I only have that assurance verbally...
