Anyone else after some nice dials?

i emailed a company about some dials and this is what they said:

Dear Costumer,


"we are sorry, but we don't have dials with the shining-through technique for your type of car.

But if you are interested, we could manufacture a special design for your company or club.

It is necessary to make the fitting vector graphics first and then a metal model. When this is finished the production of the new high-quality dial can be started.
The quality of the dials is unique and can't be compared to the cheaper tacho-foils (which are often offered so often).

Prices for special designed dials:
- 1x Dials with shining-through technique (special design): 400,- Eur
- 10x Dials with shining-through technique: from 49,- Eur each
- 20x Dials with shining-through technique: from 39,- Eur each
- 40x Dials with shining-through technique: from 29,- Eur each

Whatever your decicion might be, we will send you a message, when we have included your needed dials into our product-line.
If you don't want that, please let us know.

so clearly it would be cheaper if we could get more people interested? so does anyone else want a set of dials? with mph for mk2?

they look good too i just need silver n blue back lit n in mph

but i dont fancy paying 400eur for a set ma self so best to get others interested but it dont look like there are ???

I'd be interested in the dials but not fitting them. I've heard its a bugger to get right and i'm a bit nervous about removing the readouts for something so cosmetic. Also 39 euros is as much as i'd want to pay.

Stick me down for a set - i might have grown some balls by the time you get to 30 orders.

Also - what happened about someone obtaining alu surrounds for them - if this is still possible I may as well do the lot in one go. Anyone know of a supplier?

you can get em off ebay and yeh its a bugger to fit the dials but not much of an issue you just have to be carefull my issue was my last ones didnt fit lol

but this guy seems ok and if its a templated design they have to fit

i'm def interested, but am not sure about "shining-through technique" obviously thats the light??? what kinda colours we looking?? at 39 euros is about 25 quid, i'm in!!

IM AFTER SOME FOR MY CAR, I HAVE A P REG BRAV-A 1.4S SO IM GUESSING THATS MK1 IF IM WRONG AND U CAN GET THEM WITHOUGHT THE REV COUNTER DIAL THE COUNT ME IN, CAN ANYONE PUT ME STRAIT ON THIS???

the light through is where ya numbers show

and well if i order these im aiming at them being a full unit

ie to look like this

it is 1 whole dial unit with the plastic on the front to make it look like seperate dials

also we will have it in MPH
