ANYBODY HAD GEARBOX TROUBLE

MY 1.6 16V BRAVO HAS GEARBOX PROB SOMETIMES IT WONT GO IN TO 4TH BUT OTHER TIMES IT'S FINE AND MY SPEEDO HAS STOPED WORKING AND IT'S NOT THE SENSOR.
PLEASE HELP

Did you fit it according to the instructions in the haynes manual?

got it fitted at fiat garage

Did they check the connection at the back of the instrument panel?

 

[CRAIG]

as far as a know they said some thing about the driver not turning

What driver? The sensor senses the teeth on the diff, its all electronic.

Time to take the gearbox apart then.
