Any1 got tinted windows?

Anyone got tinted windows on their bravos - espeically dark coloured bravos?

If do you have any pics as I am thinking about getting mine done.

Yer as Wimmy says mine are done... 90% on back 3 and 65% on front ... or depending which way you look at it.... 10% on back and 35% on front lol

Nice one, thanks to Dan's photoshopping of my bravo (above) I recon I will go ahead and get them tinted, only light though - 35% all round.

Btw the best quote I got was £180 for everything except the windscreen - any1 know of anywhere I can get it cheaper or is that the bargain I think it is?

ITs a skilled job, especially the rear screen due to the curves. The rear quaters look easy but they are just curved enough to make them hard

Yeah the quote was by the same guy that tinted my punto about this time last year and talking to another tinter and the curved glass in the punto is a pain in the ass too apparently.

Did a cracking job tho! Jus gotta sell my punto to get some money in and get it done.

Don't forget the law has changed recently so you can't 'legally' tint the front 2 windows...

where u live mate. in norfolk we got a man who tints for £155 full tint and thats for a 5 door i think its £130 for a 3 door car.

I live near Manchester. I have had my punto tinted 35% for over a year now and never had any trouble and where I go to uni there are S**T loads of rozzas and all!

I have aswell J, just pointed it out incase he didnt know...

Not sure of the %-tage, but i have dark smoke all round...they look really dark as i have a white Bravo...

I got stopped a few weeks after having them fitted, the copper sat inside the car, looked through the windows and said it was fine and sent me on my way (May have been a different story if he had a tester on him)

Daz.... gald to hear you done the front windows too..... for me personaly i think having all windows done looks far better. And as for as this new law.. which no one seems to know the full blerb on (even cops lol) its best to wait till you get stopped.

Can you have the back windows literally black, but the front side windows just dark?

you can have the back windows pretty much as dark as you want.
the front windows is lightish smoke only. remember tha that the bravo windows are already tinted from the factory

Sorry... I really like your wheels, what size are they?

If you mean my wheels (the midnight blue photoshopped bravo above) they are 17" TSW Evo Rs that have been proffessionally sprayed a dark metalic grey in real life. Then Dan photo shopped them to be athacite I think its called.

Apparently they jus fit right on to Bravo's with no modification. I wouldn't know cos like you I have jus bought my bravo (bout a week ago) and they were already on.
