hi does anyone know were i can get some white lights for my drivin lights as i have xenon head lights and would think the car would look cool with white drls

Ive got those aswell they look nice 
Here's the difference the PIAA bulbs make, I think they would go really nicely with your HIDs

do these have a blue tinge as ive had some white bulbs in my clio yrs ago ?
Very slight I think, as Lloyd's photo shows. But as they are actually day lights you're not going to be able to see any thing but the pure white they give off.

Yeah it's a lot of money to have slightly whiter lights that you'll never see if you drive the car.

Value is a personal thing. Tbh you're never even going to see the lights yourself while the car is being driven so I'd say it's a no, but it's up to the individual.
You can see them reflected in the paint on the car infront in traffic
I've actually had a lot less people flashing me to tell me my fogs are on now that they're a blue-ish white light. I believe the wattage of the PIAA ones is lower than the standard ones so they're not as in your face.
Some people spend £300-500 on 20bhp remapping - others on exhausts etc,
at the end of the day if you want & can afford it, go for it
