Technical any ideas overheat

right took the cow for mot and she whent and spat all the coolant on the floor. so iv checked the fuse for fan (which is not coming on).iv changed the fan, the rad and the sensor and its still over heating,would any one have any ideas as to the next step thanks very much o the pump is fine to cheers

is the radiator getting hot when the car is overheating? if not it is probably the thermostat, which would explain the fan not working as well, as the fan senses the temperature of the radiator, not the engine.
