Angel tuning have 1.3 multijet Doblo's which are out driving from place to place every day. Have a search for threads by AlfaNige to see if he has commented on the performance and reliability of their vans.
Last time I spoke with him he had nothing but praise for them.
my punto has done 60k, it had no problems doing over 30k in 12 months. The only thing that broke was a boost pressure sensor. From what I can gather its the only thing that fails on the whole thing. For all those miles its not bad at all i dont think.
Especially when you are doing 50-60 mpg @ 80mph~ and overtaking big german boats doing probably half as many mpg as you does put a smile on your face
I use a 1.3 multijet for courier work its two year old and has done 85,000 miles only had to have regular 12,000 miles servis and new brake pads on front so far, still drives like new.could do with a bit more power has any one had a 1.3 re maped and what are your results
My Doblo is the 1.9, I do an average of 2,000 miles a week sometimes more as a
courier it has just turned 4 years old and has 160,000 miles on it, only thing replaced has been water pump and new injectors. think niell has the highest mileage courier doblo on here
Hi My Doblo 1.3 has done 190,000[since jan 06] I have had a new clutch but it is still very good and a joy to drive.I have recently developed a problem that it "stutters" when asked for power and a puff of unburnt diesel gets expelled, but everything else ok.
