Technical anti pollution warning?

Hi Guys.One of our Ulysses, (petrol 04) has just failed its mot.One reason was excessive fume leaking from exaust.It has also thrown up the management light, and its showing "anti pollution fault" The factory manual doesnt mention this fault at all.wonder if the two are related.Would be very grateful, for some advice.

Needs the fault codes read, get them done & let us know what they are

Hi weve just read them as follows
PO141 02 SENSOR HEATER CIRCUIT
PO136 (SAME AS ABOVE)
T1153 (NO COMMENT)

Looks like a lambda sensor wont go amiss
