Tuning Another, yes another induction fail

Hello all,
It is me, the king of induction kit failures
To be fair, unless someone points out otherwise, I don't really think this one is my fault, seeing as on ebay it has been listed as useable for a 1.1 seicento sporting 2002

Maybe it's me being stupid but how the hell am I supposed to get this to fit?

TBH. I would stick with the standard air-box. You will gain next to nothing unless you tune the crap out of the engine of have mods that need a re-design. The only proven good one was the GSR but an 866 Cam will a better start for the money.

It's a puzzle. Looks like a nice collection of bends, but no silicon joiners.

-don't understand why everybody wants to fit an aluminum imitation elephants ***** to their TB
Take out the obstructive strengthening webs inside the standard airbox & fit a K&N filter (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FIAT-PUNTO-1-2-NATURAL-POWER-1-2-60-99-09-K-N-Air-Filter-Element-E2863-/300999213071?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item4614f3800f).

Piratejack: Are you sure that's not a snorkel kit for when you drive the Sei underwater???

looks more like its to be fitted to the inlet bob from a 899....


or you have to cut a hole in your bonnet and have it in front of your windscreen? lol....

I agree but if it's made to fit the 899 Bob then where is the silicone joiner?
Best dig out the hole cutter lol

Haha I think I'm gonna have to go buy the biggest hole cutter I can find, almost tempted to duct it up the side of the window like on a land rover! Maybe seal the car up and make it submersible, now there's a project

There was silicone joiners just forgot to add them in the pic, it was more for the sound I wanted it but I get what you mean and have decided against it
