Its about time I call Nigel and get my JTD remapped. Its a Y 2001.

Just wondering which one to go for. Im not going to be racing away from the lights and the like, I just want the power in the 30/40 - 70(ish) range for overtaking easier, so does that mean I dont have to worry as much about clutch failure with the bigger maps?

Cars done nearly 70k and is on the standard clutch AFAIK.

cheers

Nige has introduced new pricing and maps for all cars. For a jtd 100 the remap is only 30-35bhp now. Its so that your car is now not pushed to the limits. Basically they say the 100 is very good to remap to silly figures but the clutch etc can't handle it so they restrict it and give you the optimum gain without causing adverse problems like clutch slip etc. However this remap will still keep you smiling from ear to ear.

Ok cheers.

Will give him a call then! Unless theres another company you recommend?

I have the 130bhp re-map.. had the 150bhp re-map but it was just silly!!!

There are lots of options open to us JTD owners.... if you do fancy an angel tune tho.. You get some BOO discount toooooo!!!
