Hello all!
Have joined as im busy saving a Bravo 1.9 Diesel! A friend of mine had it as a run-around while he got divorced and now has no need for it. He asked me if i knew of anyone who could dispose of it for him. I asked him what was wrong with it and the reply i got was "Not much, its run out of tax and MOT and needs a couple of bits for the MOT and i cant be bothered so im going to scrap it!"
Cue me "What do you want for it?"
His answer "if you can take it away, its yours, for nothing, just get it off my drive!"
So i now have a Bravo SX diesel sat on my drive, and its a pretty good car actually.
90k, with full history and has had belts and water pump done. Its in a very dark blue, looks almost black half the time! It needs a new N/S/F headlight (one of the mounts has broken), 2 headlight bulbs + a side light bulb. Apparently needs a new N/S/F driveshaft gaiter but havent got underneath to look yet. Airbag light stays on so will have to look into that one a little more. Also came with a private plate, which having looked around is worth about £200
Only downside is it was written off at some point but from what i can see, it was panel damage to the front. Its had a new bonnet and wings and according to the log book was VIC checked in Dec 06. However, it drives perfectly!
My plan is to fix it, MOT it, take the private plate off and sell that and then sell the car. I wont get too much for it, but it is a good clean car, runs well and is economical i should think.
Anyways, any help with anything would be greatly appreciated. First Fiat and all that!

The photos were taken the minute i got it home. Have washed it since, but am doing it again today and giving it a valet too.
