KH is a Hull issued registration number. The dealer on those plates, George Williamson, was the Fiat dealer in Driffield, so it tallies.

Looks like they are an independent now, still dealing with Fiats though...

It is quite possible that they supplied it, as any car or other vehicle sold by a dealer in Driffield would have had a Hull issued plate with either KH, RH, AT or AG as the local identifier (the first letter in the group of three is random)...My Panda 45 has a Hull 'AG' local identifier as it was sold by the now defunct Hull Fiat dealer AB motors...

But, looking at the Ebay pics the phone number code is 01377. That means they were made after April 1995 as that's when the codes changed as the 1 was added. It is also the pre-2001 number plate font, so the plates were made in that 6 year period. So means that they are not the number plates it would have had when new...

Due to the KH identifier it was definitely sourced new from a Fiat dealer within East Yorkshire...That may have been Williamson's...What is certain is they made dealer plates for it after April 1995, most likely as a 'trade-in'...

My Hxxx BKH was sold by Fiat Hull dealer (Jordan's IIRC), spend most of her live under one lady owner in Hull, few monts with young lad in Hull as well and now few more years with my in Scar'bo. Still on dealers plates. I'll chech the land line number to confirm your theory
