Alternator Part No (1.8Hlx with aircon)

Does anybody have a part No for an alternator to fit a bravo(97) 1.8 hlx with aircon. a couple of companys i have spoken to dont have a part listed for the model and are woried about sending one from another model as there saying there are lots of different ones depending on model.

ive been speaking to the block with this one on ebay;

and hes got virtually every bravo listed in his records apart from a hlx. he said if i can get the part no then he will probs be able to find it.

i think the engines are the same throughout all the trims, the only difference is oif the car has AC or not the one listed for

Fiat Bravo 1.8i 16V ELX AC 10/95-10/98 (85 Amp).

should be the right one

s your car ever had an engine swop? you may have just typed the number wrong

forgot to say in the email it is a standard 1.8 altenator so you shouldnt have any problems geting one if you can work out what bit has gone wrong on it and email me a pic i may be able to get a part no for the faulty bit to repair it but it would require you to remove and strip the altenator

im not actually going to be removing it, im gettin a freind of a friend todo it.

was there any difference for models with / withought aircon?

are you gettin all this info from an EPC cd cause im thinking of gettin one of ebay.

i have the actual dvd fiat use its a fair bit better than the parts cd as they are normally out of date and dont have prices
