Hi Guys,

I've recently fitted the above HU into my Bravo but have a slight problem. On the wiring coming from the Bravo there is the white plug, the black plug and a green and blue conjoined plug. This blue one has nowhere to go on the Alpine. Does anyone know what this is for??

Anyway, Head Unit works fine so far, only problem is Track Names and Artist aren't displaying on MP3 Cd's, it just says numbers (06 02), Folder 6 Track 2 for example. Anyone got this Head Unit and had this Problem? It worked fine when it was in my sh*tty saxo.

Cheers

Dom

I'm pretty sure the blue plug is the standard CD Changer lead. So you wont need that connected.

Yeah, def the cd changer lead mate. Cant help on mp3 problem tho.

If disp doesn't work it maybe the ID tags on the mp3s files that need filling in before burning them. On your computer right click on one of the mp3s and then click on summary and then advanced - you can fill in names there. Alterantively you could use iTunes or similar to manually rename or rip the cd again and retreive the names automatically from the internet.

Panic and frustration over, I downloaded the manual in PDF from the Alpine website(why can't everything be as easy as that) and there is a rather large button with 'title' on it. Press that and hey presto, all is well again!

Cheers for the help

Dom
