General Alloy wheels

Hiya, my friend has got an old mini, with the original 13x7 superlite alloys on there. I was wondering what people thought of these? And whether they will look ok slightly bulging out of the arch.

Does anybody know the offset of these? and will I need spacers? It'd be nice to see what people think of these wheels on sei's.

If you like the look, lots of manufacturers do minilitealikes for Cinqs.

I really like the look of them, they seem to match the look of the seicento. I have seen a lot of sei's, like the polish ones with these wheels. I kinda love them heh.
