Styling Alloy technical info?

Hey,
Im looking at investing in some 17" alloy wheels for my mk2 hgt.

im lame and like to know the ins and outs, and looking around ive found summet like this:

18 x 7
18 x 7.5
Just wondered what the second set of numbers was about? and any info on spacing and what not would help me out alot.

Before i splash out jus would like advice as to weather these would fit a mkII punto.

Fitment: PCD 4x 100 / et 40
wheel: PCD 4 x 100 / et 38

From what ive found out these will with "wobbly bolts" ???
Not sure the centre bore size though.

Well if you look at the description it says it will fit fiat so just email them and say you would like a set that would fit a fiat punto and ask them if they can provide you with the exact wheels that will fit

and if not, they will fit with wobbly bolts

special bolts that will allow you to fit wheels with a slightly different pcd
