PCD is 4x98 - i.e. 4 stud, 98mm between oposite holes.
Centre bore should be 58mm, but aftermarket suppliers normally provide different rings to slip in the wheel to make it fit.
Offset (sometimes referred to as e.t.) depends a little on how wide you're going, but as a guide the Bravo 1.8 hlx alloys are 40mm offset.
