I bought a set of alloys today and bought wobbly bolts. Went to put them on my Bravo and found that they wouldnt fit because of two small bolts sticking out. I theink they are for holding on the rear drums and the front discs. Is it ok to remove these as long as i have the wheels bolted on?

yes you just take them out.
make sure you have the correct center bore on the wheels if using wobbly bolts
