Up until 01-04-2024 I was communicating by email with Alexey Chernikov of AlfaOBD trying to resolve a problem. Up until that time he was replying immediately and was very helpful. Since that date I've had no replies to any of my emails.

My question is has anyone else been able to communicate with him since the 1st April or have I got a problem with my emails.

I've recently purchased AlfaOBD but can't communicate with my van (2019 Ducato) using the same USB interface that works with Multiecuscan.

Has anyone been in touch with AlfaOBD support or has similar issues with running the software? Also, I've not had a reply or acknowledgement of my email.

Bit miffed that I've spent the money and it doesn't appear to work.......... and the support seems to be very lacking.

I don't know about the Ducato nor the interface for the MES, but on the Punto Evo you'll need a yellow adapter in addition to the bluetooth dongle for some (not all) of the modules. There are other colors available. Setting up the AlfaOBD bluetooth connection with the dongle was somewhat complicated at first, mainly because of the pairing of the smartphone with the dongle. The dongle came with its own, less capable software though, so it's always possible to first check if the dongle works at all. Also, in order to connect, ignition should be switched on.

But if the adapter works with MES, looks like it should also work with AlfaOBD.

Sorry!! Should have mentioned - I've got the yellow adaptor, and I'm running the PC only version.
Thanks for the reply

I last contacted Alexey in November to ask for the discount on the Windows licence as a licenced user of the Android app. He replied within hours, as he has done when I contacted him before.
